A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully completed and the booking status has been confirmed by e-pung.com.

3. Passenger Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.

• Phone or WhatsApp number
• Email address
• Travel date
• Selected route and departure time
• Other information required for the booking

Incorrect information may affect ticket processing, passenger verification or boarding.

4. Payment

FastBoat services may be operated by independent boat operators. Each operator may have its own rules regarding luggage, boarding time, rescheduling, cancellation, refunds and other travel conditions.

Passengers are expected to comply with the applicable rules and instructions of the FastBoat operator.

8. Luggage and Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage during their journey.

Luggage allowances and additional luggage charges may vary between operators. Passengers should follow the luggage policy of the selected FastBoat operator.

9. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the selected FastBoat operator and the applicable booking policy.

Not all tickets are refundable. Any applicable cancellation fees, refund conditions or rescheduling fees will follow the policy applicable to the booking.
